Puding Tahu Cocktail

Ingredients

Water 1 liter
Sweetened condensed milk (SKM) ½ can
Full cream milk powder 1 sachet
Gulpas (sweetened fruit) 150 grams
Lychee syrup To taste
Mandarin oranges To taste
Nata de coco To taste
Del Monte fruit cocktail 1 can
Grapes (for garnish) As needed
Ice cubes As needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tahu Pudding: In a saucepan, combine the agar-agar with 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously until the agar dissolves completely. Add the sweetened condensed milk and full cream milk powder, mixing well. Once combined, pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool until set.
