Instructions
- Prepare the Tofu: Begin by placing the tofu in a mixing bowl and gently mash it until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the egg, minced garlic, chopped bird’s eye chili, sliced green onion, chicken broth powder, salt, and sugar to the mashed tofu. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
