Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and cooking oil. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate container, prepare the milk by mixing the sachets with 2 cups of warm water. Gradually pour this mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until combined.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky, then form small balls of your desired size.
- Once the dough is shaped, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After resting, roll each dough ball into thin kebab skins using a rolling pin.
- Cook the kebab skins in a non-stick pan without oil until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
- While the skins cool, prepare thin omelets using the 6 eggs, slicing each omelet into two pieces.
- To assemble, take a kebab skin and layer it with lettuce, a piece of omelet, cucumber, tomato, and a sausage. Roll it up tightly.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Serve your delicious homemade Kebab Telor Dadar warm.
