  1. Prepare the Tofu Filling: Begin by mashing the firm tofu in a bowl until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add chopped green onions, the beef bouillon powder, and the egg to the mashed tofu. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Assemble the Martabak: Lay out the spring roll wrappers on a flat surface. Place a generous spoonful of the seasoned tofu mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrappers neatly to encase the filling, ensuring they are tightly sealed.
  4. Fry the Martabak: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the prepared martabak into the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
