Instructions
- 
Prepare the Tempe: Begin by steaming or boiling the tempe until fully cooked. If boiling, ensure it is tender. 
- 
Mix the Ingredients: Once cooked, mash the tempe in a bowl until smooth. Add the minced garlic, egg yolk, sliced green onion, sliced celery, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper. Shape the Patties: Take portions of the mixture and shape them into round patties, resembling traditional perkedel.
