Instructions

Steam the Tempe: Start by steaming the tempe for about 10 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and mash it while it’s still warm to ensure a smooth texture.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a food processor, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, and egg. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed tempe, the chicken mixture, ground coriander, salt, and seasoning. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until well incorporated.

Shape the Nuggets: Take small portions of the dough and shape them into round, flat nuggets. Continue this process until all the mixture is shaped.
