Tempe Teriyaki Recipe

Instructions
- Prepare the Tempe: Cut the tempe into desired sizes and fry until it is halfway cooked (note: the original recipe does not require frying).
- Prepare the Corn: Remove the kernels from the sweet corn cob that has been washed and set aside.
- SautƩ Aromatics: In a pan, sautƩ the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onion until they are soft and fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the tempe, sweet corn, and sauce ingredients to the pan. Add a splash of water to help the flavors meld.
- Cook Together: Allow the mixture to cook until the tempe is fully cooked and the sauce has absorbed into the ingredients.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your Tempe Teriyaki!
