Ikan Tongkol Balado Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kg Ikan tongkol
To taste Air jeruk nipis
To taste Garam
To taste Gula pasir
20 cloves Bawang merah
25 pieces Cabe merah keriting
10 pieces Cabe rawit

Instructions:

  1. Begin by marinating the ikan tongkol with air jeruk nipis for a brief period, allowing the fish to absorb the flavors.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the marinated ikan tongkol until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
