Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onion and finely chopped garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

Mix Filling: Add the canned tuna, parsley, salt, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined, then remove from heat.

Assemble Pastries: Take a piece of puff pastry and place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center. Use the egg white to seal the edges firmly. Repeat this with the remaining pastry and filling.
