| Garlic cloves | 2, finely chopped |

| Margarine | 1 tablespoon (for sautéing) | 
| Egg | 1 (white for sealing, yolk for brushing) | 
| Salt | To taste | 
| Sugar | To taste | 
| Black pepper | To taste | 
| Additional parsley | For garnish | 
Instructions

Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onion and finely chopped garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

Mix Filling: Add the canned tuna, parsley, salt, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined, then remove from heat. Related Articles

Assemble Pastries: Take a piece of puff pastry and place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center. Use the egg white to seal the edges firmly. Repeat this with the remaining pastry and filling.

Prepare for Baking: Brush the tops of the pastries with the egg yolk for a golden finish, and sprinkle with dried parsley for added flavor.
