Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    Start by washing and chopping the mint leaves and coriander. Also, chop the green chili and ginger into small pieces.

    In a blender or mixer grinder, add the chopped mint leaves, coriander, green chili, and ginger. Add a little water to facilitate blending and make a smooth paste.

  3. Mix with Yogurt
    Take the prepared paste and add it to the curd (yogurt). Use a whisk to blend it together, ensuring that the paste is fully incorporated into the yogurt.

  4. Season the Chutney
    Add salt to taste and mix well. If you like a bit of extra flavor, you can also temper the chutney with a dash of oil, though this step is optional.
