Instructions:
- Begin by dry roasting the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and whole black pepper in a pan on a low flame. Stir occasionally for 8-10 minutes until they are lightly browned and aromatic.
- Turn off the heat and let the roasted spices cool down completely.
- Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a mixer jar. Add the black salt, dried mango powder, asafoetida, and regular salt (according to taste).
- Grind all the ingredients into a fine powder.
