  • 3 tablespoons Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)

Instructions:

  3. Transfer the cooled spices to a mixer jar. Add the black salt, dry mango powder (amchur), asafoetida, and salt to taste.
