Ingredients:
- 2 cups chilled Curd (Dahi/Yogurt)
- 1 pinch Saffron strands
- 3 tablespoons Honey (adjust to taste)
- 6 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds, ground into a coarse powder
- 1 tablespoon Whole Almonds (Badam), slivered for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Pistachios, slivered for garnish
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:
- In a blender or mixer, combine the curd, saffron strands, honey, and ground cardamom pods (save the slivered almonds and pistachios for garnish).
- Blend everything until smooth, adjusting the honey to your preferred sweetness. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a bit of water or extra yogurt to adjust.
- Once blended, pour the Kesar Elaichi Lassi into serving glasses.
- Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.
- Serve chilled, either alongside a hearty meal like Chana Masala and Bhatura or as a post-dinner sweet treat. Enjoy the cooling refreshment!
Tip: Lassi can be made thicker or thinner depending on personal preference.
