Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a teaspoon of salt.
- Add the Durum Wheat Penne Pasta to the boiling water and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Drizzle some oil over the pasta to prevent it from sticking together. Set aside.

Prepare the Achari Masala Base:
- In a pan, heat the Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread over medium heat. Add the dry red chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until they turn golden brown.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a mixer and blend into a smooth paste. Set aside.
-
Cook the Chicken:
- In a kadai or deep pan, heat a teaspoon of Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, until nearly cooked through.
- Add the homemade tomato puree and stir until it starts to bubble.
- Add the freshly ground onion paste and Nutralite Achari Mayo. Mix well.
- Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir occasionally.
-
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
- Once the achari chicken sauce has come to a boil, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
- Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt and spices as needed.

Serve:
- Turn off the heat and serve the Achari Chicken Masala Pasta hot.
- For the complete meal, pair it with Cheese Garlic Bread, Blueberry and Lemon Iced Tea, and finish with a delicious Banoffee Pie for dessert.
