For the Tomato Basil Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs Basil Leaves, roughly torn
- 2 cups Homemade Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs (Dried)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cheese, chopped spinach, finely chopped onion, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the corn flour and mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small, round balls.
