- Begin by preparing all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the Britannia cream cheese using a mixer on high speed until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream and whip it until it becomes light and fluffy.

- Spoon the mixture into kulfi molds, cover, and freeze for 10 to 12 hours until firm.
