- 4 slices of Bread (Whole Wheat)
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- Butter, as needed
- 1/4 cup Red Chilli Flakes
- Mozzarella Cheese (or Cheddar Cheese), grated
- 1 cup Mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilies, chopped
- 1/4 cup Coconut, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced

Prepare the Chutney: In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coconut, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice. Blend into a smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl and set aside.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and allow it to heat for 10 minutes.

Prepare the Toast: Take the bread slices and cut them into halves. Spread butter on one side of each slice. Spread a generous layer of the chutney on top of the buttered side. Add chopped tomato and green bell pepper over the chutney.
