Ingredients:

  • Coffee
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Start by filling the machine with cold water up to the water level for the desired number of cups. Ensure not to cover the safety valve hole with water.

  2. Take the brew basket and fill it to the rim with your favorite coffee grounds. Adjust the quantity based on your preference. For 9 cups, remove the reducer from the brew basket and fill the entire basket. If making 3 or 6 cups, use the reducer with the long stem facing down for 3 cups and the short stem facing down for 6 cups.

  3. Clean off any excess grounds from the brew basket rim and the o-ring to ensure a smooth brewing process.

  4. Close and tighten down the knob as far as possible. Also, close the steam valve.

  5. Place the machine on high heat and position a carafe under the valve to catch the delicious coffee. The brewing process will start, and you may notice the coffee appearing very dark initially.

  6. As the brewing continues (usually 3-10 minutes), the stream will become strong and steady, and the coffee will gradually lighten in color.

  7. Once the coffee stops and becomes a bit noisy, close the coffee valve, and carefully remove the carafe.

  8. If you’re aiming for a cappuccino, close the valve and let the steam build up. This is where the magic happens!

  9. To elevate your cappuccino experience, put cream or milk in a cup and open the steam valve to froth. The result? A creamy and frothy cappuccino that’s simply irresistible!

Recipe Notes:

  • For a personalized touch, you can experiment with different coffee blends to find your perfect flavor profile.
  • Ensure the safety valve hole is not covered with water to prevent any mishaps during the brewing process.
  • Cleaning the brew basket and the o-ring is crucial for maintaining the quality of your coffee.

🌈 Enjoy your homemade Coffee, Espresso, or Cappuccino creation! ☕✨
