  • 2 Ripe Bananas, thickly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Begin by slicing the ripe bananas either lengthwise or into coins, depending on your preference.
  2. Roll the sliced bananas in brown sugar to coat them evenly on both sides.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sugar-coated bananas to the pan.
  4. Cook the bananas, turning them gently to avoid breaking, until they turn a light golden brown on both sides.
