- Begin by grating the carrots and ginger, and set them aside. Make sure your Idli Dosa Batter is ready.
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, then add the grated carrots and ginger. Sauté for a minute, until they soften slightly.
- Let the mixture cool, then blend it into a fine puree using a mixer grinder.
