- 200 grams ground beef
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese, diced

- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 15-20 sheets spring roll wrappers
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- Salt and ground white pepper, to taste
