Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • Begin by preparing the flavorful filling for your Mini Bread Pizza. In a large bowl, add the chopped capsicum (green bell pepper), finely chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, grated paneer, and grated cheese.
    • Next, add the chopped tomatoes after removing their seeds to prevent excess moisture.

  2. Prepare the Bread Bases:

    • Now, take the whole wheat bread slices and use a round cutter to cut them into circles, forming the base of your mini pizzas.
    • From the remaining bread, cut out smaller rings. These will act as the top portion of your mini pizza canapes, fitting perfectly on the base.
  3. Assemble the Mini Pizzas:

    • Spread a layer of the butter and cheese mixture onto the round bread bases, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
