Spaghetti Hot Tuna Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of La Fonte spaghetti
  • 1 package of La Fonte spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can of Maya tuna (canned)
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • BonCabe (to taste)
  • Margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavor enhancer
  • Water (as needed)
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Spaghetti:
    Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add a generous amount of margarine and a pinch of salt to the boiling water. Once the water is boiling vigorously, add the La Fonte spaghetti. Cook according to the package instructions until the pasta is al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set it aside.

  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    In a skillet, heat a small amount of cooking oil along with a bit of margarine over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté them until they are fragrant and the onions become translucent.

  3. Combine Tuna and Sauce:
    Next, add the canned tuna to the skillet. Stir and cook the tuna until it is partially cooked through. Pour in the La Fonte spaghetti sauce and mix well. Season the mixture with BonCabe, salt, and a flavor enhancer to taste. Continue to cook until the sauce is heated through and all the flavors are well combined.

  4. Serve:
