Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Spinach: Cook the frozen spinach according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain the spinach well using paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  2. Cook Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles until they are tender, approximately 10 minutes. Drain the noodles well and set aside.

  3. Brown Ground Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef until it’s fully cooked. Once cooked, drain off any excess fat.

  4. Prepare Beef Mixture: To the cooked ground beef, add the tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and the cooked lasagna noodles. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

  5. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and finely chopped onion until smooth and well combined.
