Ingredients:
- 1 boneless chicken breast fillet
- Sufficient amount of sliced long onions
- Sufficient amount of sliced red bell peppers
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Sufficient melted cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sufficient pepper
- Vegetable oil or olive oil
- Garnish:
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 5 small cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Make deep cuts in the chicken breast fillet without completely slicing through.
