- 4 1/2 tbsp pectin

9 | Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes if you’re at an altitude up to 1000 feet. Adjust processing time for higher altitudes as necessary. |
10 | Carefully remove jars from the water bath and allow them to cool completely before storing. |
