Egg Drop Chocolate Treats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Egg Biscuits (Monde) – 250 grams
  • Cooking Chocolate (Elmir/Colata) – 250 grams
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Paper cups (or ice cream sticks for an alternative presentation)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chocolate: Begin by chopping the cooking chocolate into small pieces. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until fully melted and smooth.

  2. Combine with Biscuits: Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat. Dip the Egg Biscuits into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. For a richer taste, you can use two biscuits for each treat by sandwiching them together.
