Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare muffin pan by placing baking cups in each cup of the muffin pan.

  3. Prepare topping: In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients (sugar, flour, melted butter, and ground cinnamon) until crumbly; set aside.
