Instructions

  1. Sautéing the Vegetables:
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet or pan over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped small onions and sauté until they turn translucent and soft.

    • Sauté for 10-15 seconds until the dal turns golden and the curry leaves become crispy.

    • Pour this tempered mixture over the chutney and stir well to combine.
