White Sauce Pasta Recipe – Alfredo/Bechamel Sauce

The White Sauce Pasta, also known as Bechamel or Alfredo Sauce, is a versatile sauce that can be kept in your refrigerator for quick, delicious meals. This creamy sauce is perfect for making pasta dishes, gratins, moussaka, or even a spicy Chilli Cheese Toast.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour (or a combination of corn flour and ragi flour)
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Britannia Cream Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Instructions:
