Instructions:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, half of the Old Bay seasoning, and pepper. Stir well until combined.

Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Continue cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens.

Add the cheddar cheese to the saucepan, stirring until it melts and incorporates fully into the mixture.

In a separate bowl, combine the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, chopped green onion, and the remaining Old Bay seasoning.

Pour the cheese mixture over the prepared ingredients in the bowl, excluding the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together until well combined.
