Cream of Chicken Pepperpot Recipe

Ingredients:

2 kosher salt
1 peppercorn
3 carrots
1 onion
1 celery rib
1 fryer chicken
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 butter
1/2 flour
1/2 heavy cream
To taste salt

Instructions:

    • To the reserved chicken stock, add the heavy cream, reserved chicken meat, sautéed bell peppers, salt, and black pepper to taste.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil, then whisk in the flour and butter mixture to thicken the soup.
