Creamy Spaghetti with Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 50 grams spaghetti
- 100 grams chicken breast fillet, diced
- 50 grams broccoli florets
- 100 milliliters full cream milk
- 20 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 800 milliliters water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions:

Cook the Spaghetti:
- In a large pot, bring 600 milliliters of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to prevent sticking. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.

- In a separate pot, bring 200 milliliters of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 1 minute, or until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant. Drain the broccoli and set aside.
