Creamy Coconut Mujair Fish with Fermented Soybean Sauce

| 2-3 sendok | Tauco (fermented soybean paste) |

| 2 sendok | Bawang Putih Halus (minced garlic) | 
| 1 sendok | Bawang Merah Halus (minced shallots) |

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the red shallots and garlic, then crush the galangal and ginger. Chop the green chilies.

Add Seasonings: Stir in the tauco, crushed galangal, ginger, and chopped green chilies for extra heat.

Combine the Base: Add water, then pour in the Santan Kara, stirring well. Don’t forget to include the krecek, chayote, and green beans.
