Description:

Anjali, a seasoned Food Writer with 15 years of experience and author of 3 cookbooks for ‘Khaleej Times’, brings you this delightful dish. Did you know that ‘kofta’ originates from the Persian word “koofteh,” meaning “pounded”? Originally crafted with meats like goat, lamb, buffalo, or chicken, koftas are now celebrated in vegetarian renditions. These delectable stuffed potato balls bathed in a creamy gravy are perfect for parties and potlucks, making them a versatile addition to your culinary repertoire. Enjoy these koftas with or without the gravy, serving them as appetizers or as part of a wholesome meal. ๐Ÿ˜‹
