Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Saute Onion: In a skillet, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add diced onion and sautรฉ until softened and translucent.

  2. Cream Cheese Mixture: Break up the light cream cheese and stir it into the sautรฉed onion until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Prepare Stuffing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained chopped spinach, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, dried basil, grated Swiss cheese, ricotta cheese, chopped water chestnuts, sherry wine, and chopped parsley. Stir in the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
