Title: Chicken Wings with Basil
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken wings, cut into halves
- 1 bunch of basil leaves, picked
- Spice Paste:
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 large red chili
- 1 tomato
- Salt and MSG, to taste
Steps:

Boil the chicken wings until cooked through. You can season the water with coriander, onions, and salt if desired.

Fry the chicken wings until crispy. Once the spice paste is finely ground, fry until fragrant.

Add the basil and a little water, then the wings are ready.
