Crispy Chicken Skin: No Oil, No Flour

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of chicken skin
  • 5 cloves of garlic (adjust to taste)

  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

Steps

  1. Prepare the Chicken Skin:

    • Thoroughly wash the chicken skin.
    • Rub with lime juice and salt.
    • Let it sit for a while, then rinse clean.
  2. Prepare the Marinade:

    • Finely crush the garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Taste to ensure the seasoning is adequate.
