Ingredients:

- 3 chicken wings, cut into 2 parts each
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- Cooking oil

- Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly and cut each wing into two pieces. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
