Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- Butter, as needed
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken wings with lime juice and salt. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- In a pan, heat a mixture of cooking oil and butter. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion with butter until fragrant. Add the fried chicken wings and stir-fry briefly.
- Season with salt and sugar to taste.
