Butter Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • Butter, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken wings with lime juice and salt. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat a mixture of cooking oil and butter. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
