Crispy Chicken with Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • All-purpose flour
  • 3 bunches bok choy
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sugar
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Wash them thoroughly, then coat each piece with all-purpose flour.

  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the floured chicken pieces until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. Sauté Garlic and Bok Choy: In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté the crushed garlic until fragrant. Add the washed bok choy and stir-fry until it starts to wilt. Add a small amount of water to help the bok choy cook evenly.

  4. Assemble the Dish: Arrange the sautéed bok choy on a serving platter. Place the crispy chicken pieces on top of the bok choy.

  5. Season and Serve: Season the dish with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of sugar to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
