- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- Coating Ingredients:
- Egg whites
- All-purpose flour
- Rice flour
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Marinade Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Seasoning powder
- Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
- Grated garlic
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- A pinch of turmeric
- Cooking oil for frying
