7 Place the drained sweet peppers and chopped jalapenos into the sterilized glass jar(s).
8 Once the vinegar mixture is ready, carefully pour it over the peppers in the jar(s), ensuring they are completely covered.
9 Seal the jar(s) tightly and refrigerate for at least two weeks before serving.
10 These pickled peppers will keep well in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks. If desired, they can also be frozen, although there may be some slight deterioration in texture.
