Crispy Homemade Beef Nuggets with Egg Noodles

Beef Nugget Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams boiled egg noodles (I added boiled egg noodles)
  • 50 ml liquid milk
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Bouillon powder, to taste

For Coating:

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Breadcrumbs, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, fine breadcrumbs, eggs, boiled egg noodles, liquid milk, finely chopped onion, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, salt, sugar, and bouillon powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. Prepare for Steaming: Transfer the mixture into a container lined with plastic wrap and lightly greased with oil. Steam the mixture for 30 minutes.

  3. Cool and Cut: Allow the steamed mixture to cool. Once cool, cut it into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.

  4. Coat the Nuggets: Dip each piece of the cut mixture into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all pieces are coated.

  5. Fry the Nuggets: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated nuggets until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  6. Storage: Uncooked nuggets can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
