Telur Gulung Sate Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 kg cooking oil (for frying)
  • Skewers (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, water, and salt. Whisk the mixture with a spoon until it becomes frothy and well-blended.

  2. Heat the Oil: In a frying pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium heat until it is hot and ready for frying.

  3. Cook the Egg Mixture: Once the oil is hot, spoon 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to spread out slightly.

  4. Form the Egg Roll: As the egg cooks, use a skewer to gently roll the egg mixture from one side of the pan to the other, creating a rolled shape. Let the excess oil drain off the skewer as you roll.

  5. Serve: Remove the egg roll from the pan and place it on a plate. Serve the Telur Gulung Sate with your favorite chili sauce for dipping.
