Easy Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken wings
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Chicken seasoning (e.g., Royco) to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Cooking oil, for frying

For the Spice Paste:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 stalk lemongrass

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:

    • Start by thoroughly washing the chicken wings and placing them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Make the Spice Paste:
