Crispy Fried Catfish Recipe (Simple and Delicious)

Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Root (kunir) 1 small piece
Ginger 1 small piece

Instructions

Step Description
1 Prepare the spices: Finely grind the garlic, turmeric, ginger, and coriander.
2 Marinate the fish: Once the spices are smooth, rub them generously onto the cleaned catfish. Squeeze the lime juice over the fish, add ground pepper, and mix well until all pieces are evenly coated.
3 Let it rest: Place the marinated fish in the fridge and allow it to rest for 30 minutes. This helps the flavors seep into the fish.
