Instructions
To make these delectable Sfilati with Fava Puree and Pancetta, start by shelling the fava beans. Once shelled, set them aside. Finely chop the shallot and heat some extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the shallot and sauté for a few minutes until it becomes soft and fragrant. Then, add the fava beans to the pan.
