  • 1/2 cup UHT milk (or any milk of your choice; Fiber Creme is popular)
  • Salt, sugar, chicken stock powder, and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the margarine or butter. Choose margarine or butter instead of oil, as oil will turn liquid when cooled, while margarine or butter will solidify and add a richer texture.

  2. Cook the Garlic:
    Once the margarine or butter is melted and hot, add the crushed garlic. Sauté until fragrant, taking care not to let it burn.

  3. Add Salted Egg Yolks:
    Stir in the mashed salted egg yolks. Cook until the mixture starts to bubble and foam, allowing the flavors to meld.

  4. Incorporate Milk:
    Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in the UHT milk, stirring continuously. This will create a creamy sauce base. Continue to stir to ensure the sauce is smooth and well combined.

  5. Season the Sauce:
    Add the sliced green onions, salt, sugar, chicken stock powder, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Finish the Sauce:
    Turn off the heat. Pour the salted egg sauce generously over the fried chicken.

  7. Garnish and Serve:
    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich, savory flavors.
