All-purpose flour (Tepung Terigu) 5 tablespoons (sdm)
Eggs 2 large
Seasoning (Penyedap rasa) To taste
Water As needed
Bread crumbs (Tepung roti) To coat

Instructions

Step Details
1. Boil the tempe In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the tempe. Cook for 10-15 minutes until softened.
2. Mash the tempe Once cooked, remove from the pot and mash the tempe until smooth and crumbly.
3. Add ingredients To the mashed tempe, add 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and a little water. Mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky. If the mixture feels too wet, add a bit more flour to reach a workable consistency.
4. Shape into balls Form the mixture into small, round balls using your hands.
5. Prepare for coating In one bowl, beat the remaining egg. In another bowl, place the bread crumbs (tepung roti).
6. Coat the tempe balls Dip each tempe ball into the beaten egg, then roll them in the bread crumbs to coat evenly.
7. Fry the balls Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tempe balls in batches until golden and crispy, turning them occasionally to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.
8. Serve and enjoy Once golden and crispy, remove from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve your crispy tempe balls warm, and enjoy this delicious snack!

These crispy tempe balls make for an irresistible snack or appetizer! The crunchy exterior and flavorful inside will leave everyone craving more. Perfect for pairing with a spicy dip or enjoyed on their own!
